For his vast experience as a Customs Broker for more than three decades, his career encompassing establishment and operating firms in the Philippines freight forwarding and logistics industry, catering as vital partners to SMEs and multinationals particularly in the telecommunications sector, effectively promoting professional dealings with Philippine Bureau of Customs. He is also known for his participation in numerous activities within the professional organization – Chamber of Customs Brokers Inc. (CCBI) in his official capacity as the elected President where he initiated the annual Orientation Program for new entrants to the Customs Broker profession. Likewise for representing the profession outside the country particularly in matters of Trade Facilitation Advancement; for leading CCBI during the crucial shift from ACOS to 32M customs system;

His competence, excellence, and commendable track record have earned him various awards and recognition such as Outstanding Criminologist of the Year by the Professional Criminologist Association of the Philippines, Academic Awards for Masters and PhD. Degree by the College of Criminal Justice Education - De La Salle University-Dasmarinas, and his appointment as member of the Commission on Higher Education Technical Committee on Criminology and Industrial Security Management programs.
As a member of the Professional Criminologist Association of the Philippines (PCAP), Inc., the accredited professional organization for criminologist – he actively participated as an organizer in all conferences, student congress and conventions. For her distinguished contribution in the field of Librarianship as demonstrated by her exemplary service to her profession through sharing of her expertise as resource speaker in local and international fora and providing free onthe-job training to local and foreign librarians; for her strong commitment and professionalism having served as member of the Board for Librarians and conducting reviews for takers of the Librarians Licensure Examination; for promoting the library profession through her book, essays and lectures and updating of Philippine Standards for Special Libraries; for her participation in national committees for framing cataloguing standards and librarians’ competencies;
For steering the International Rice Research Library into one of the model libraries in the Philippines and for pioneering the creation of PhilAgriNet, and assuming a major role in the formation of the CGIAR Libraries and Information Services Consortium; for heading the ALAP as its President who engineered IRRI’s membership in the Agricultural Networks Information Collaborative (AgNIC) and took the initiative in conducting Librarian-related researches;

Her competence, excellence and commendable track record have earned her various awards such as: Distinguished Achievement Award for Contribution to the Scientific Study of Education Service by the Asian Federation for Mentally Retarded, Japan; Presidential Award of Service for Outstanding Leadership in the education field; the only Filipino recipient of Distinguished Achievement Award of the Asian Federation of Intellectual Disabilities. Her previous academic engagements included: Member, Board of Regents of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila; Executive Officer, DepED-United Nations Population Fund, Adolescent Reproductive Health Project, and; Commissioner, UNESCO.
As Vice Chairperson and Executive Director of the Early Childhood Care and Development Council, she spearheads the management of a comprehensive ECCD national system utilizing a three-pronged approach which consist of the following: access, which has yielded the establishment of National Child Development Centers as convergence venues for health, nutrition, psychosocial, and learning services to 0-4 year-old children; quality / efficiency, the development of the National Early Learning Curriculum and Competency Standards for Child Development Teachers/Workers and capacity-building of ECCD service providers, and; sustainability, focusing on partnership and alliance-building.

For her distinguished contribution in the field of Psychology as demonstrated by her pioneering work as the first Clinical Neuropsychologist in the country; for her development of the Early Childhood Care and Development Checklist chosen by The Early Childhood Care and Development Act (Republic Act No. 8980) as the tool to be used nationwide for early identification, screening and surveillance of early childhood disabilities, developmental problems and giftedness and her UNICEF commissioned age-validation study that identifies Standards Indicators for Filipino children aged 0 to 5 years and 11 months. All these displays her commitment and professionalism in her field;
For her competence, excellence and commendable track record that earned for her various awards, recognitions and being acknowledged as one of the “Key Influencers” of the Philippine Children’s Medical Center during its 35th anniversary in April, 2015; and for being the only non-medical Honorary Fellow of the Philippine Neurological Association and the Child Neurology Society, Philippines and her relentless dedication to the organization as a member of the Psychological Association of the Philippines.

For his distinguished contribution in the field of Aeronautical Engineering, his exemplary service in his profession such as Member of academe for 15 years; Civil Aviation Safety Officer for more than 19 years; Board of Aeronautical Engineering Examiner in 1999-2001; Chief Legal, thereafter, Assistant Director General II, Enforcement and Legal Service, Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines after passing the Philippine Bar examination in 1996; and during the US-FAA Category 2 downgrading of the Philippines in 2007. He was commissioned by the Secretary of the Department of Transportation and Communications to draft the revision of the Civil Aeronautics Act of 1952, and became the resource person in the committee hearings of Lower and Upper Houses of Congress for its passage as Civil Aviation Authority Act of 2008.The said law got the FAA stamp of recognition as compliant with the international viation safety standards when he presented it at FAA Headquarters, Washington, DC, USA in June 2008, shows his commitment and professionalism in his field.
His competence, excellence, and commendable track record have earned him various awards and recognition such as Outstanding Alumnus of PATTS College of Aeronautics in February 2009; Outstanding Private Prosecutor by the Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption in August 12, 2005 and Recognition by Air Safety Foundation of the Philippines in October 28, 2004.
As member of The Society Aerospace Engineers of the Philippines, he is engage in drafting the amendments of the decree regulating the practice of Aeronautical Engineering, his relentless dedication to the organization/s is a testament of his outstanding career.

For his distinguished contribution in the field of Agricultural Engineering, his exemplary service in his profession as a prolific and respected scientist professor of Central Luzon State University, thesis advisor to undergraduate and graduate students, research mentor to junior faculty members, proactive curriculum leader and academic official which culminated to the awarding of Center of Excellence to CLSU’s Agricultural Engineering program
He is the lead proponent of various R & D projects on soil and water engineering, crop production and bioethanol production from national and international funding agencies. He is international visiting scientist, author of published scientific and technical papers in reputable publications, consultant to national irrigation projects, project leader of the Engineering Research and Development for Technology program and of the CLSU’s offshore program in Mindanao through CHED’s Science and Engineering Graduate Scholarship Program where he shows his commitment and professionalism in his field.

For his distinguished contribution in the field of Chemical Engineering, his laudable service to his profession in terms of improving the quality of chemical engineering education, for nurturing and educating the youth to become competent chemical engineers equipped with the right values and attitude, for producing many board topnotchers, for giving expert advice as senior consultant to industries, for conducting relevant research that have significant impact to society, for mentoring and extending financial assistance via grant to affected college faculty because of the K-12 implementation and for spearheading the “Adopt a School Program” where the facilities and services of his department are extended or shared for free In this instances he shows his commitment and professionalism in his field.

He is a member of the Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers (PIChE) and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE). For his distinguished contribution in the field of civil engineering, his admirable service in his profession in terms of management control and supervision in the implementation of infrastructure projects of the Regional Offices of the Department of Public Works and Highways since his appointment as the Undersecretary.
His competence, excellence, and commendable track record have earned him various awards and recognitions such as “The 2015 Japan Society of Civil Engineers International Award” for his continued dedication to the development of infrastructure projects in the Philippines given to him last June 10, 2016, the conferment of an “Honorary Fellow Certificate” by the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations in June 7, 2013 for his constant promotion relevant to the economic capabilities of the country. He also received the “Outstanding Alumni in the Public Service” by his alma mater, the University of Mindanao.

As a member of Integrated Institute of Electrical Engineers of the Philippines, his relentless dedication to the organization is a proof of his outstanding career.

For his distinguished contribution in the field of Electronics Engineering, his exemplary service in his profession such as Chartering of IECEP Riyadh, lead adviser, coach and mentoring the chapter to garner four (4) consecutive years of Best Foreign Chapter Award from IECEP National Pro-bono services in professional development as technical speaker and write-shop lecturer for PECE, ASEAN Eng’g, ACPE and APEC registries. More than 24 years in professional practice in Telecommunications & ICT Industries, shows his commitment and professionalism in his field.

For his distinguished contribution in the field of Geodetic Engineering, his excellent service in his profession, such as serving in the national government – particularly in DENR-LMS, starting as Survey Aide and rose from the ranks occupying almost all technical supervisory and executive positions until his retirement as Director. Coming from a poor family he was able to pursue his higher education at the University of the Philippines (BSGE) and at the National Defense College of the Philippines (MNSA) as a government scholar. Through perseverance, hard work, and determination (PHD), he was able to achieve further professional development as Doctor of Public Administration. In pursuing any task, he shows his commitment and professionalism in his field.

For her distinguished contribution in the field of Metallurgical Engineering, her exemplary service in her profession such as head of the metal balance department of PASAR Corp wherein she successfully led the group in the improvement in metals accounting system of the company. A reliable and accurate metal accounting is extremely important to a high-quality corporate governance of a metallurgical company. She is also the current head of the refinery division of PASAR Corp, wherein the plant is in the process of overcoming the challenges in attaining its nameplate production capacity of copper cathode, Dore metal, Selenium powder, Cutelluride and other by-products. All these shows her commitment and professionalism in her field.
Her competence, excellence and commendable track record have earned her various awards and recognition such as: a) Registered ASEAN Engineer for Metallurgical Engineering, Nov. 10, 2013, Jakarta, Indonesia. AIng.No. 516; b) Special Citation as Core Member of the High Margin Feed Team – PASAR Corporation. December 2016; c) Special Presidential Award on Leadership for the successful implementation Inventeo system and in general for the improvement of the Metal balance system in PASAR (Dec. 2009); d)Presidential Award of Excellence in the area of Productivity Improvement For the successful implementation of the cathode production “catch-up” plan at Refinery plant to recover the loss due to anode limitation in January 2006.(Dec 2006); e) Malasakit Award – In the successful certification of PASAR to the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 ( Dec. 2006); f)Presidential Award of Excellence in the area of Productivity Improvement For the invaluable contribution to the promotion and engendering of productivity and quality breakthroughs that resulted to the Refinery’s achievement of an output that is beyond the rated capacity of 172,500 mt of cathode.(Dec 2004); g) Presidential Award in Productivity and Performance- Reduction of sulfur Content in Cathode. For his distinguished contribution in the field of Sanitary Engineering, his exemplary service in his profession such as: invention of the Portable Electrolysis Apparatus for Generating Chlorine which was registered and patented since April 11, 2005 as well as the Water Tank Filtration System which was also registered and patented since December 16, 2008.
He also conceptualized the Philippine Hydro (PH), Inc., an innovative technology which provides bulk water supply in several municipalities such as in Legaspi City, Albay, Norzagaray, Bulacan, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya, Rizal, Nueva Ecija. These said accomplishments show his commitment and professionalism in his field.
His competence, excellence and commendable track record have earned him various awards and recognition such as, the Asean Outstanding Engineering achievement award for the year 2016 for his patented engineering project which has made significant contribution to the country’s development.
As the National Director of the Philippine Society of Sanitary Engineers, Inc. he shows his relentless dedication to the organization which is a testament of his outstanding career.

Dr. Christine S. Rodriguez is currently the dean of the College of Optometry, Manila Central University. In her effort to sustain the legacy of her predecessors in maintaining high standard of education for all students enrolled in the college, the following were achieved under her leadership: PACUCOA Level III 1st Reaccreditation of the College of Optometry September 30, 2015, CHED Center of Excellence for Optometry Education– December 23, 2015, establishment of the firstever Essilor Sight Center in the Philippines – June 9, 2015, international linkages with Asia Pacific Council of Optometry - October 2, 2013 and Student Volunteer Optometric Service to Humanity – May 31, 2014. She Principal Radiographer in Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Singapore and In-Charge in Breast Imaging Department of Diagnostic Radiology. Since 2001 she has been representing the Breast Cancer Awareness advertisement via television in Channel News Asia Singapore. She is the FIRST RADIOGRAPHER IN ASIA who became the Resident Mammographer in Mobile Bus Mammography Screening which she handles from 2001 to 2005 before she trained to do her supervisory work in the institution.
Presently, she is the trainer of the trainor’s/educators for Mammography and Bone Mineral Densitometry in Singapore. She is also a Radiographer in various centers in Singapore under the National Healthcare Group (NHG). She is a sought after Certified Mammographer and Bone Mineral Densitometry Radiographer.
Likewise, she was also involved in research with her radiologist about the Contrast Enhancement Spectrum Mammography in her institution in Singapore. The title of her research is: “The Effects of Adjuvant Contrast Enhancement Spectrum Mammography on need for Breast Biopsy in Women with Suspicious (BIRADS) Breast Lesion”. She is the first Radiographer who performed the first Contrast Mammography in Singapore.
Ms. Suaiso was appointed as an Auditor of the Singapore Society of Radiographer (SSR) up to the present.
Adjudged as the mother of all mothers of Filipino Radiographers in Singapore, she is facilitating/coordinating with the different hospitals/clinics for the new applicants of Filipino radiographers. She was chosen to be the only Scholar of Philippine Association of Radiologic Technology (PART) and graduated with the award “Best in Clinical Excellence Award & Best in Academic Excellence Award; Golden Employee Award and Star Employee Excellence Award.
